As the Visual Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive visual content strategy that showcases our technology products and services. You will lead a team of creative professionals to produce high-quality videos and photography that resonate with our target audience, drive engagement, and enhance our brand image.  

Specific Responsibilities 

  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a video and photography content strategy aligned with marketing goals, ensuring it reflects our brand voice and meets audience needs. 
  • Production Management: Oversee all aspects of video and photography production, from concept development and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final delivery. 
  • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction to ensure all visual content is engaging, on-brand, and of the highest quality. Collaborate with internal teams to generate innovative ideas. 
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of videographers, photographers, and editors, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging professional development. 
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to. Utilize project management tools to track progress. 
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of visual content through metrics and feedback, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies and improve engagement. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align visual content with overall marketing campaigns and product launches. 
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in video and photography to ensure our content remains innovative and competitive. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Photography, or a related field. 
  • 7+ years of experience in video production and photography, preferably in a technology or marketing environment. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video and photography projects. 
  •  Proficiency in video/photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photography editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom). 
  •  Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Previous experience using Wrike  
  • Understanding of AV technology  
  • Experience with rendering creation
